From Emi’s recent press release:

I am pleased to announce the release of my new Japanese album, Passport!

It was recorded with musicians in the US, Japan, Brazil, a new step from my first album Curious Creature.

Passport will be available worldwide:
digitally March 17 on iTunes
physically on May 3 on CDBaby

Here is a new video for the song Noborizaka (Uphill Road), shot in the crazy intersection of Shibuya, Tokyo.

It’s been mind-opening singing in Japanese, and a very inspiring journey.

Also, watch for the NEW ENGLISH ALBUM this autumn (it’s all recorded) and release tba!!~

By day she’s nursing student Patricia Coronel -

Music + Message = Marvelous
Drive Away Home, first offering from Good Asian Drivers, is a CD that really goes the distance (pardon the obvious pun).

So, as the story goes,
in the Summer of 2008 musician Melissa Li and slam poet Kit Yan hopped in the car and embarked on a 12 week, 30 state tour playing [...]

Who IS Natalise Anyway???
(from her MySpace bio:)
It would be a simple matter to take the well traveled “artist bio” route …with the usual attempts to enthrall with the usual artist biography descriptions….”Started piano lessons at age 3″, “Sang in the Church choir”, “Studied Opera at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music”, “Started performing at 12, [...]

Kristina Wong is living proof that smart girls can be funny – and vice-versa.  But comedy is not all she does.  In fact, she’s so versatile she can safely be called an industry.  From her website:
